During the event, the local community - including shrimpers, fishermen, local business owners, families and concerned citizens - as well as environmental groups, and other participants will be invited to help form a message that will be photographed from the air. The event is a call to action for a full clean up of the spill, restitution for lost jobs and income, and accelerated efforts to move to green energy and green jobs. The event concludes with a community cookout - food will be provided but they are short on rolls and buns - bring some along with drinks and plates - no plastic please!
