NOLA Green Crawl

The Global Green Holy Cross Project and Visitor Center is one the locations in the Green Crawl, an event planned in conjunction with several other green building non-profits in the city.
The purpose is to spread awareness to New Orleans residents of the many green building resources available to them as they rebuild, and to help them see what is possible in the arenas of energy efficiency, sustainability and healthy green living.
Participants 'crawl' (on their own time) to each of the different green building resource centers, where they will receive a stamp on their green pass, then end at a party where we are giving away great prizes including a dual flush toilet, and a tankless water heater.
WHEN: Sunday, May 17th 2009 12-5pm
WHERE: Various Locations, including the Alliance for Affordable Energy, the Green Project, UNO's Rebuilding Information Station, Global Green and the Tulane City Center.
Maps and event ‘passports’ can be picked up at all partiipating locations. You can download the map here.
