Corr Internship: NYC
Global Green USA is seeking 1-2 interns to assist with its Coalition for Resource Recovery waste diversion project in New York City. The CORR is a coalition of businesses dedicated to generating business value from creating a zero waste NYC.
Interns will be exposed to innovative technologies and businesses collaborations to address to waste and climate change challenges. interns will work on diverse tasks ranging from: researching new technologies and waste diversion programs, participating in teleconferences and summarizing meetings with industry on key issues, updating the website, and assistance with other administrative tasks associated with a start-up.
Interns can be in school pursuing undergraduate or graduate work. Individuals with access to a lap top computers, familiarity with industrial ecology concepts, and superior writing skills preferred.
Time Commitment:
Minimum 3 months, 10-20 hours per week. Exact hours to be determined with intern and academic institution.
