Matt Petersen Named Senior Fellow by The Hillary Institute of International Leadership
Beth Galante Named By Aspen Institute a 2008 Henry Crown Fellow for Emerging Leaders

 

May, 2008 -Global Green USA senior staff have been recognized nationally and internationally for their leadership in finding smart solutions to the world biggest environmental problems.

The Hillary Institute of International Leadership has marked its first operational year of working on Leadership in Climate Change Solutions by appointing Global Green USA President and CEO Matt Petersen as a Hillary Senior Fellow. Matt will serve as an ambassador for the Institute’s search for exceptional mid-career Leadership.

“Matt is an exceptional example of the quality of mid-career Leadership the Institute is looking to invest in – we are delighted he is joining our journey,” said The Hillary Institute’s Executive Director Mark Prain.

The Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship Program named Global Green USA’s Director of New Orleans Resource Office & Center, Beth Galante, as one of its 2008 Class of Henry Crown Fellows.

The Henry Crown Fellowship is designed to engage the next generation of leaders in the challenge of community-spirited leadership. It brings together entrepreneurial young executives and professionals under the age of 45 who have already achieved conspicuous success in their chosen fields. The new Henry Crown Fellows will meet four times over a two-year period and will undertake individual community service commitments.
